Sales Representative – Leads Provided
We invest heavily in marketing and lead generation, so our sales team spends time talking to prospects and closing business, not buying leads.
Overview
We’re building a small, competitive sales team.
This is an in-office sales role with clear expectations and daily coaching.
Expect 70–100 outbound calls per day. People who enjoy a fast pace and measurable goals do well here.People who enjoy competition, measurable goals, and improving daily tend to do very well here.
What you'll do
- Call marketing leads and prospects
- Quote auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Follow a proven sales process
- Track activity and results
What success looks like
- 70–100 calls per day. This role is fast paced and activity driven.
- 30+ policies per month
- $60k–$80k+ annual earnings
